I’m Martina, I’m 26 and I’ve been living in Berlin since one year.
I’ve been looking for a small flat (1.5 max 40 sq meters is enough) for myself since then.
I work as assistant scientist in a small biotech company based in Berlin, hired with unlimited contract.
Im very reliable and I have all the documents which are usually requested.
If you please have to offer a flat like described above or know someone who has, please consider me!
Since I work in Buch, the best areas would be Prenzlauerberg, Pankow, Friedrischain. But I’m also fine with Kreuzberg/neukölln or wedding, as long as it’s east wedding close to Prenzlauerberg.
