Hi, we are Laura and Claudio, from Italy. We are looking for a little apartment for one month (September or October 2024) in a well connected area. We know the city very well. We'd prefer Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte, Pankow, Schoeneberg, but other areas are also fine. A building with an elevator or an apartment on the first or second floor would be preferable.
We are a very calm middle-aged couple. I (Laura) am a writer. Claudio is a former science teacher. We travel to Berlin once a year to visit some friends, go to exhibitions and enjoy parks and lakes.
If necessary, we are available to take care of the plants.
