ich komme aus Brasilien und studiere in Berlin. Da ich 37Jahre bin, wollte ich nicht mehr in eine WG wohnen, weil ich meine Masterarbeit ganz in ruhig schreiben will.
Ich suche 1-Zimmerwohnung, etage egal, große egal. Muss aber eine separate Küche haben.
**GERNE WOHNUNG ZU RENOVIERUNG: ich bin sehr gut zu renovieren und auch was zu bauen.
**Ich habe Einkommen und WBS, wenn es nötig ist.
**Ich kann bis €400 warm monatich bezahlen.
