400 Warm in Mitte, Kreuzberg or Prenzlauer Berg

I'm looking for a 1 room apartment in either Mitte, Kreuzberg, or Prenzlauer Berg. I'm well employed, tidy, non-smoker, mature, female, single, and have no pets.
Can be furnished or unfurnished, but I would like it for min. 1 year.
Required by April 1st or 2nd. Sooner is ok too :)
I have Schufa (request now) , copy of passport, and proof of income ready to show you.
I work in advertising and enjoy a clean and well-kept apartment.
The following would be nice, but not necessary:
Bath
Balcony
South-facing
Fridge/Freezer combo
Washing machine
Close to transit

I do not have parties ot listen to music loudly. I am very respectful of my neighbours and want to make a cozy and comfortable home.
