Seeking apartment: Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain or Neukölln

Hallo.
Ich heiße Stephen, komme aus Großbritannien und bin vor kurzem von Barcelona nach Berlin gezogen. Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung in Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain oder Neukölln.

Ich bin Uniabsolvent und arbeite zur Zeit als Analyst. Ich suche eine einfache aber nett eingerichtete 1 bis 2 Zimmerwohnung, gern auch als Zwischenmiete, ab März und idealerweise für circa 6 Monate. Ich freue mich aber auch über kürzere Angebote.

Ich suche ein nettes, ruhiges Zuhause, in dem ich auch arbeiten und lernen kann. Ich möchte mir so etwas mehr Zeit verschaffen, um nach einer längerfristigen Wohnung suche zu können.

Meine Preisobergrenze richtet sich ganz nach der Ausstattung der Wohnung, liegt aber ungefähr bei 450 Euro.

My name is Stephen, i am British, have recently moved from Barcelona and looking for an apartment in or around the areas of Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain or Neukölln.

I am a graduate and professional analyst looking for a simple, but nicely furnished apartment with 1 to 2 rooms, to rent on a short term basis, from March onwards. Ideally, this would be for 6 months but i am open to shorter term agreements.

Honestly, I’m looking for a nice space that is reasonably quiet to call home while i work in Berlin, continue with a little studying, but mainly look for a permanent apartment of my own.

In terms of prices, this is dependent on the standard of the space but will consider rent at a maximum of 450euros, but again remain open minded.
