We are a couple and are subletting our pretty modern 1-room flat for a period of one month. The flat is fully furnished and there is a dishwasher in the kitchen. Laundry service is provided in the laundry, which is located in the ground floor. The building has got an elevator, although the flat is located in the first floor and you may probably not need it.
Regarding the public transport access you may need to know that there is a bus stop just 80 meters away from the building's entrance. From there you can take a bus to U-bahn (U3 & U9) or S-bahn (S41, S42 & S46) stations (it takes less than 10 mins from the bus station to the U or S bahn stations).
