Master's in Management student looking for accommodation

Hello,

My name is Giulio, I am a 23 years old Industrial Engineering graduated, formerly employed at Amazon EU Munich, studying at the ESMT Berlin and I am looking for a permanent accommodation in Berlin, as I will be starting my second year of courses in October. The accommodation should be closely located (max 5-6 km) to Schloßplatz, where my school is.

I do not have a limited budget, what matters is that both the flat and the rooms are nice and comfortable.

I am an extremely cheerful and friendly person; In my career, both as a student and as an intern in the companies I've worked at, I have never had a problem in coexisting with other people, which I find stimulating indeed.
I am a non-smoker, but still tolerant.

My several experiences abroad, combined with my academic studies, have made me become fluent both in English and in Spanish, and by the time now I am practicing German.

I am an open minded, friendly and cosmopolitan person; I like hanging out, discovering the most beautiful and hidden places of the city and having fun together with my roommates, but I also take things extremely seriously when it comes to act so, and my excellent academic and professional results are a proof of it.
I am very clean, I enjoy cooking and I happen to be very good at it; moreover, I am a sportive person and I enjoy playing any kind of sport, soccer and tennis above all.
