Hallo zusammen,

mein Name ist Deborah und ich suche eine 1-Zimmerwohnung ab 01.09.2016 für mindestens 2-3 Monate. Ich bin ein ordentlicher Mensch, mit dem Eigentum anderer gehe ich sorgsam um. Ich rauche nicht und bringe keine Haustiere mit.
Da ich ab September ins 2. Lehrjahr meiner Ausbildung komme, ist auch die pünktliche Mietzahlung kein Problem für mich. Für meine Ausbildung muss ich täglich nach Spandau, deswegen sind öffentliche Anbindungen in der Nähe der Wohnung sehr wichtig für mich.
Es wäre auch wichtig, dass wir einen Untermietvertrag für die Zeit aufsetzen können. Falls Ihr eine Bürgschaft verlangt, ist das kein Problem.

Hello everybody,

My name is Deborah amd I am looking for a 1 room apartment from 01.09.2016 for at least 2-3 months. I am a tidy person and I respect others property. I neither smoke nor have any pets.
As I will be in year 2 of my apprenticeship there won't be any problems with paying the rent in time. Due to my apprenticeship I have to travel to Spandau every day so public transport is really important to me.
I also need a sublet contract. In case a guarantor is necessary that won't be a problem.
