I am a professional Pianist needing a 1 month accommodation in Berlin for the month of December while I perform there. U Bahn and S Bahn terminals close by. Central city location preferred. I am quiet and have very few guests. Moderate German speaker. I am interested in a private room within a home or flat or an independent 1 room flat. Having kitchen and laundry use access a plus. I am married, but will be traveling and staying alone. I am an outgoing athletic person and have travelled greatly in my work. I look forward to your response!
