Hi,
I am living and working in Berlin. I recently got my Master from Humboldt-Universität and look for a new flat for myself here in Berlin preferably from 01.06.2017.
I have a WBS for one-room flats and have also prepared the following documents:
- WBS
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung
- Schufa (request now) (beantragt)
- Einkommensnachweis und Kontoauszug
It would be better if the flat is located in one of these neighbourhoods:
Kreuzberg, Mitte, Charlottenburg, Tiergarten, Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg, Wedding, Moabit, Schöneberg and Wilmersdorf.
I don’t have any pets and can also move in as the subtenant.
