Need an accommodation URGENTLY!

Hello!
I am Rishabh Lohiya from Berlin. I work as a Business Developer for United nations (UN) ground action projects and it's accredited NGOs. So currently, I am working with a Film production company (Mafilms production) at strausberger platz on various projects.
I have been in Berlin for over 6 months and so far I was living in a studio apartment in P-berg and it was a pretty cool cozy flat. But unfortunately, the owner of the studio where I am currently living wants to move back which leaves me no other option but to find another place.
I am also there on couchsurfing and have both hosted and been a guest. You would get a good idea about the kind of person I am from reading my profile and references from my guests.

I am a very open-minded, fairly traveled and respectful individual. Throughout my time in UN and as a traveler, I have learnt to be respectful of every culture and be open to new life experiences, people from different places, their life, cultures, their thoughts on various issues and of course making a new friend.

I like to keep my place very clean and tidy. I have a 9-5 job and I mostly travel on weekends and sometimes even on weekdays for work within and outside Germany. I am not a smoker and do not play loud music since I like to be respectful of my surroundings. I like to party and socialise but it's mostly on weekends. I love pets especially dogs (although i don't own any) and can take care if them from time to time if required. I love cooking and can cook amazing Indian food. I swim, read, dance, love to talk.

I am looking for an accommodation for at least an year starting this July. But we can also do it as per your convenience.
