1 Room/ Share 9 MOnths Berlin

Howdy, moving from Paris to Berlin for 9 months, my 10 year old daughter and I are looking for a small place to live in as of September. We know the city as we have made multiple trips to the city. So we want to take a sabbatical year in Berlin so we can experience a different culture. We can share a flat or live in a studio but can t be too far from the city center, max 45 mn. I am looking for low rent as we will be keeping our appartment in Paris. I can also pay some rent and exchange part for some services, like house renovation. I can accept any offer from 3 months and up. We are both respectfull and quiet. I can fill anyone in wih my Facebook profile and Couchsurfing. I speak very little German, but am fluent in English.
