Dear landlords,
I am Lan, 27 years old. I am searching for a long term single person apartment, which will be best along S7 or S1, or the west part of the ring S-Bahn, and at maximal price 600€. I can move in anytime before 01.10.2017
I am currently a computer science Ph.D. student in Hasso Plattner Institut of Uni. Potsdam. My stay will last at least three years, so I am looking for a long term flat. I can supply Schufa (request now) , bank statements from last 3 month, the letter from my previous landlord and scholarship contract.
