Seek for a single apartment near to Campus Adlershof of Humboldt University (a visiting scholar)

I am a visiting scholar from China (funded by China Scholarship Council), and will go to conduct research in Campus Adlershof of Humboldt University of Berlin for one year (24.08.2017-23.08.2018). Maybe it is a long-term stay. I would arrive Berlin in Aug. 24. I wish to rent a single flat/apartment near to Campus Adlershof of Humboldt University (a distance within 40 min by Bus/U-Bahn/S-Bahn could be accepted.). The price is expected to be less than 500 euro covering all utilities and other miscellaneous fees, since the rental budget is indeed limited for me. The deposit can not be too high for me. Thank you for your understanding.

For the living enviornment, I wish to conduct research, write papers in a relatively quiet context, I am not a smoker, and do not like noisy enviornments.

Anmeldung is required, since I need to get my residence permit in local registration office.

I wish to check in directly without bring too many requirements..

For facilities, I have not too many requirements. But basic facilities are still required as follows:
-Own kitchen
-Own bathroom
-WLAN /network
-a bed, a desk
-heating (a must, or it will be too cold in winter)

Currently, I have the invitation letter from a Prof of HU of Berlin, the Proof of funding from China Scholarship Council (1300 euro/year), and the Proof of employment from the Personnel of my employer (including salary of each year). Since this is the first time I come to Germany, I have not any contract about renting in Berlin.
