Hello all !
I've just finished an Erasmus MSc in Urban Studies and have moved to Berlin to begin work and set up a life! I don't smoke, and don't have any pets, but I do love to cook, so I would like to have something with a semi-decent kitchen. I'm searching for a studio or a 1 bedroom, for 700 or under warm, somewhere rather central, Kreuzberg/Neukolln is perferred. Also, I'd like something with a balcony so I have a little access to the outside world and can have a little garden balcony :)
