I am a 24-year-old Argentinian adertiser, living in Berlin since last October, and I am looking for a one room apartment where I can live alone. I have a steady income, I'm calm, tidy, non-smoker and have no pets. I work every day, so I'm looking for a place where I can have my private space to rest and be chill. I'm not a party person, and I know how to take care of a place :)
