A studio flat is available to sublet from 1.07. The flat is situated in one of the Studierendenwerk houses, located at a walking distance of 1 minute from S Tiergarten.

Area of flat is 24 m2 (including balcony). You would be having your own kitchenette and washroom. The flat is furnished with everything you need. Photos can deviate slightly from the actual apartment, since they have been downloaded directly from Studierendenwerk website, however, as I said it will be slight!

A respectful and neat person is searched to live in this flat. People wanting Anmeldung won't be preferred, however, if totally indispensable, some arrangement might be thought of.
