I'm a single working professional looking for an apartment inside the ring (furnished or unfurnished). The contract start day is also flexible, preferably before September. I will need to register at the new apartment.
I have all the required documents ready (Schufa (request now) , three latest payslips, working contract, Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung).
I don't smoke and I don't have pets. I'm learning German, but it is not very good yet.
