Student looking for a long-term 1-room flat (TU Berlin, DAAD scholarship)

My name is Andrei. I am 23 years old.

I am looking for a 1-room flat in Berlin for long term.

I had been working in an IT consulting company in my native country for 4 years. I left the company as a Lead Business Analyst, running own project and managing a team of junior specialists. I left it for getting my Master's degree in Germany.

Now I am a student again. I entered TU Berlin (Information Systems Management). That is the reason why I am looking for a flat in Berlin. At the moment I am attending German language courses in the Goethe Institute in Berlin. By the end of these courses I will complete A2 level (my current level is A2.2).

I am a DAAD scholarship holder. I will be funded by the organisation during next 2 years. In addition, during 2-3 semesters I am going to find a position of working student in an IT-company where the process of Digital Transformation is held.

I have an experience of living in the city which is different from my native. Also I had lived in a dormitory. All my previous roommates and landlords can describe me as a person who:
- respects the property of the place where he lives
- keeps the place tidy
- does not make much noise
- mostly spends time outside, but sometimes can stay at home watching Netflix or cooking tasty dishes
- is very empathic and is able to find a common language with everyone
- can discuss directly what is good and what is wrong and is eager to solve problems in a most pleasant way
