Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne möblierte und voll ausgestattete 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg für den Zeitraum 14.-19. Juni (sowie 22.-29. Juni.), da ich selbst im Urlaub bin. Ich fliege am 14. abends (kann aber tagsüber zu Freunden) und komme am 19. spät abends zurück. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Berlin. Pärchen sind auch willkommen.
Die Wohnung ist ideal in einer ruhigen Parallelstraße der Schönhauser Allee gelegen. Alles was man braucht ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Da die Wohnung möbliert und voll ausgestattet ist, nehme ich eine Kaution von 300€, die ich direkt nach dem Aufenthalt zurückzahle.
Bitte schreibt mir einen kurzen Text über euch, warum und ab wann ihr die Wohnung mieten wollt.

I am offering my beautiful fully equipped studio apartment for rent for the given period (also 22.-29.). The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Berlin, couples are welcome.
The 50 square meter studio apartment, furnished with a wood floor, is located on the 4th floor of a typical residential building in Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment faces the quiet, green inner courtyard to the southwest. The modern daylight bathroom is designed and equipped with everything one needs. The new kitchen is also fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
The apartment is furnished, hence the deposit of 300€. I am looking for someone trustworthy who will take good care of my furniture and belongings.

The apartment is located on a very quiet side street parallel to Schönhauser Allee in the so-called Arnimkiez. Around the beautiful Arnim Square, you'll find numerous cafes, restaurants, and a huge Rewe supermarket open until 10/11:30 PM from Monday to Saturday. The Schönhauser Allee Arcaden shopping center is approximately a 6-minute walk away and offers various other shopping opportunities. If you can't find what you need there, you'll find numerous other shops along Schönhauser Allee.
There's no shortage of leisure activities either - a cinema, a gym, and various other cultural facilities can be reached within 5-10 minutes on foot. Additionally, within a 15-minute walk, you'll reach Mauerpark, where one of the city's most popular flea markets takes place on Sundays. The Schönhauser Allee S-Bahn station is about a 6-minute walk away, and a tram station serving lines M13 and 50 is located 3 minutes away on foot.
