(I’m a bit flexible on start & end date. € 910 for the whole period.) I’m renting out my beautiful little flat on the second floor of a Hinterhaus while I’m traveling for work. Cozy 38 m2, nicely distributed rooms - mini hallway/wardrobe, kitchen, bathroom, living-/bedroom; It’s a very neat, minimalist flat with everything you need. I will store my clothes away, so that you will have enough space for all your stuff. The flat has big windows but no view, on the upside, therefor no one can look into the apartment; I have window blinds, you will have a good sleep here;
In the area you find amazing restaurants and cafes, you’re a 3 min walk away from the subway station Nollendorfplatz (U2/U1/U3/U4) and a 24h Edeka, as well as many Spätis. A couple of great museums and art galleries are just around the corner and a super nice market on Wednesday & Saturday.
Anmeldung is not possible. Only non-smokers, please! There is no balcony and people smoking out the window will upset my neighbours and the smell in my flat will upset me. ^^ A dog or cat would be okay; I trust, that you will be respectful with my flat <3 as it is my home and not an airbnb or hotel.
