Quiet flat with and a terrace in Bernau bei Berlin available for 2 months.
The apartment is fully equipped with WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, expandable table, bathtub, double bed, sofa, and a drawer in which I can leave some space for your clothes. One set of fresh sheets, bedding, and towels are included.
The entire flat is 63m2. Because I will leave most of my personal belongings in my 13m2 office room, which is not part of the rent, I have proportionally reduced the added costs for rent, internet, and electricity. For transparency, I can provide detailed information about my monthly flat expenses.
Animals are welcome.
The flat is surrounded by green areas in Bernau bei Berlin in a quiet street on the ground floor. S-Bahn Bernau-Friedenstal is 13 minutes walking and S Bernau main station 20 minutes. There is an Edeka 500 meters away.
Every day my dog and I walk 1-2 hours around the fields or woods surrounding the area. There are some hiking and cycling routes nearby as well.
The real state agency is aware I am subletting the place, but registration ("Anmeldung") is not possible.
The deposit will be paid back within 14 days after I receive the keys back. It does not cover the rent. I will deduct costs for anything missing or broken*, and up to 60€ cleaning fee if the flat is not returned in a similar state as delivered.
Please be mindful that my roommate is a dog, so you will likely find hair at some point.
Unfortunately, I don’t speak German, so all communications must be in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
