Da ich ab März im Ausland sein werde, möchte ich gerne mein gemütliches 1-Zimmer Apartment im Studentenwohnheim untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. März frei bis zum 30. Juni. Falls dir dieser Zeitraum nicht ganz passen würde, bin ich auch etwas flexibel.
In der Wohnung werden meine Möbel bleiben: 1,40 x 2,00m Bett, Sofa, Essecke, Mikrowelle usw., also alles was man so braucht :) (siehe Fotos).
Es befindet sich weiterhin eine kleine Küchenzeile im Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.
Das Apartment liegt im Ostmannturm in zentraler Lage in Bielefeld Mitte.
In die Innenstadt, sowie zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur wenige Minuten. Zur Uni fährt man von dort dann auch nur 7 Minuten.
Das Zimmer liegt im 2.OG mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Daher ist es dort eher ruhig.
Ein Fahrradstellplatz ist vorhanden, ein Autostellplatz zusätzlich mietbar (Tiefgarage).
Ich würde mir eine zuverlässige, nicht- rauchende Person für mein Zimmer wünschen.
