Die Wohnung ist hell und erst vor einem Jahr komplett renoviert worden. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut (5min mit Bahn in die Stadt; 20min zur Uni). Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Edeka und Jibi sind 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen (oder 1min mit dem Fahrrad). Bäcker 3min, Chinese 2min, Fleischer 5min - Man geht keine großen Wege. Direkt in der Nähe ist ein riesiger Park für den kommenden Sommer. Außerdem ist ein großer Abstellraum vorhanden. Ein Backofen ist auch mit dabei.
Ich bin schon Mitte April ausgezogen. Das heißt 2 Wochen gratis wohnen.
Also schnell zuschlagen.
