Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Zimmer mit Küchenecke.
Das große Fenster geht nach Osten, was besonders morgens für schönes Licht sorgt.
Die kleine Abstellkammer und die Badewanne sind GOLD wert!
I am looking for a new tenant for my cozy studio flat located in Ehrenfeld.
The flat features a kitchenette and the window faces east, which means beautiful morning sunlight with your breakfast!
There are a super handy small storage room and a nice tub in the bathroom :)
Die Lage ist unschlagbar, super zentral, zwischen Schauspielhaus und Bermuda3eck.
Fußläufig in höchstens 5 Minuten erreicht man Bars, Restaurants, Bäckereien, Cafés und nicht viel weiter entfernt verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Aldi und zwei Rewe, die bis 24 Uhr offen bleiben).
Wenige Meter entfernt fährt die U-Bahn und alternativ ist man in 15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof oder an der Haltestelle Oskar-Hoffmann-Straße, von der es zur RUB etwa 10 Minuten sind.
Das Wiesental und der Westpark sind zum Spazieren auch nicht weit entfernt.
Located smack in the middle of Bochum, between Schauspielhaus and Bermuda3eck, you'll reach bars, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and various grocery stores (Lidl, Aldi and two Rewe, which are open until midnight!) within minutes on foot.
There is a metro stop just a few meters from here. Alternatively it's a 15 minute walk to the main train station or the Oskar-Hoffmann-Straße metro stop, from where it's a 10 minute journey to RUB.
Both Wiesental and Westpark are close by as well if you feel like going for a walk.
Noch habe ich kein festes Datum für den Umzug und würde Mitte November anpeilen. Das können wir auf jeden Fall gemeinsam ausmachen.
Ich würde dir idealerweise gern die Küche mit Bar aber ohne Kühlschrank überlassen und eventuell noch andere Möbel.

So far there is no fixed date for my move, I was planning for mid-November. Depending on your plans as well we'll surely find a good date.
Ideally, I would like for you to adopt the kitchenette and bar (without the fridge) and possibly some other furniture.
