Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küchenzeile einem Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit einem Bett, einem großen Kleiderschrank und einem Schreibtisch mit Regalbretter. Das Bad ist hell beleuchtet und hat eine Dusche. Du hast hier im 6. Stock (mit Aufzug) eine wundervolle Sicht auf den Kemnader See, die zu einer Farradtour einlädt. (Du kannst als Student kostenlos Fahrräder für eine Stunde mieten). Das Haus stellt Waschmaschinen und Trockner für 1,50€ zur Verfügung. Der Weg zur Uni ist etwas hügelig, aber ein Unitaxi fährt für 2,40€ zum Uni-Center.
Der günstige Preis erklärt sich, weil ich meine Kündigungsfrist versäumt habe und nun für einen Monat jemanden zur Untermiete suche.
