Ruhige Lage und wunderbare Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Gemütliches und geräumiges Zimmer, eigene Pantry-Küche (inkl. Kühlschrank) und ein kleines, aber feines Badezimmer. Die Nachbarn hört man nicht. Abstellraum auf dem Speicher und ein Fahrradkeller in der Tiefgarage. Dazu eine gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung im Keller.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles in wenigen Minuten problemlos erreichbar.

Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Campo-Mensa in Poppelsdoerf (<5min Fußweg), <2min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Von da aus fahren alle 5min Busse zum Hauptbahnhof (5min, Fußweg ca. 15-20min).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es 15min fußläufig in der Bonner Weststadt oder 15min fußläufig in Endenich selber.
Ruhige Lage, vermehrt Studierende in der Umgebung.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die sich um alles kümmert. Bevorzugt Student*innen die längerfristig in Bonn bleiben.
Die Vermieterin benötigt eine Elternbürgschaft. Es gibt keinen Stellplatz zur Wohnung oder im Haus.
Aufgrund der Parksituation und der Aussage der Hausverwaltung soll bevorzugt ein*e Student*in ohne Auto einziehen.
