Es liegt im 3. Stock eines Mehrparteienhaus. Dieses ist nur mit Treppen erreichbar. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl/Lift. Es hat ein kleines Bad mit einer Dusche & einem kleinen Dachfenster. Das Appartement besitzt eine Dachschräge und ein großes Fenster nach Hinten raus. Zudem besitzt es eine sehr kleine Pantry-Küche - eingebaut in die Dachschräge - ohne Kochgelegenheit. Wäsche waschen ist nicht möglich. Es kann auch keine Waschmaschine gestellt werden. Es eignet sich somit für Pendler oder wie im meinem Fall, müsste ein Waschsalon in der Nähe aufgesucht werden. Es wird möbliert angeboten. Bett, Kleiderschrank, Tisch & Stuhl ist vorhanden. Einen Keller gibt es nicht.

das Appartement befindet sich in Endenich, einem angeschlossenen Teilort von Bonn. In einer belebten Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im direkten Umfeld & einige Restaurants direkt neben dem Haupteingang. Auch sind Busverbindungen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Das Appartement wird auf Zeit für 6 Monate befristet untervermietet. Eine Verlängerung und eventueller Übernahme ist machbar bzw. vorgesehen. Außerdem fällt eine Kaution in Höhe von 500 € an.
