Nach schon einigen Monaten muss ich Bonn und damit auch diese schöne Wohnung berufsbedingt verlassen.

Sie besteht aus einem großen Zimmer, einer seperaten Küche, einem kleinen Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine seperate Toilette und einem kleinen Wintergarten, der einen direkten Zugang zum Garten hat. Die Küche besteht aus einem Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank und einigen Schränken. Im Keller gibt es einen Waschmaschienenstellplatz und im kleinen Innenhof gibt's Platz für ein Fahrrad.

Die Haltestellen der 62 und 61 Rittershausstraße oder Haus der Jugend liegen beide 3 min Fußweg entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt nach hinten zum Garten, daher ist es sehr ruhig und man hat trotz der Lage im EG viel Privatsphäre.

In der Miete von 475€ pro Monat ist Strom und Gas bereits eingerechnet, man muss sich also nur noch ums Internet kümmern.

Ein Einzug ist nach Absprache auch schon vor dem 1.7. möglich.
