Es handelt sich um eine süße zwei Zimmer-Wohnung, super geschnitten.
Alle Möbel und auch Küchenutensilien etc. sind vorhanden, du brauchst also außer deine persönlichen Sachen nichts weiter mitzubringen :) Fernseher mit Zugang zu Netflix/ Amazon Prime etc. steht dir auch zur Verfügung sowie eine Spülmaschine und das Bad hat auch ein Fenster, was auf den Fotos vielleicht nicht zu erkennen ist.

Bei den 900€ handelt es sich um den Mietpreis pro Monat.

Die Wohnung liegt in Lengsdorf. Eine etwas ruhigere aber sehr schöne und nette Gegend. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt gegenüber sodass man schnell in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man auch nur ungefähr 10 Minuten. Ein Edeka mit DHL Poststation, eine Apotheke und auch einen kleinen Pizza/Dönerladen befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Ansonsten ein bisschen weiter weg aber trotzdem nicht zu weit gibt es auch noch einen Lidl und einen Rossmann.

Da ich eine Zeit im Ausland verbringen werde vermiete ich meine Wohnung. Ein- und Auszug kann auch flexibel etwas angepasst werden. In der angegebenen Miete ist alles (!) Enthalten, also auch WLAN, Strom, Gas und was eben sonst normalerweise alles noch extra kommt.
