The apartment is located in the centre of Bonn, only minutes away from pubs, bars and clubs and the shopping area. Many students live in the street and nearby because the main building of the uni is only 2 minutes away. Also the cafeteria is located at the end of the street. The river Rhine is only 10 walking minutes away. There is honestly no better location for living in Bonn.
Internet is installed, washing machines, as well as a dryer are in the basement, there are places to park your bike.
Wohnung liegt ideal, da man zu Fuß direkt in die Innenstadt kommt. Bars und Clubs sind daher sehr nah, genauso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch zum Rhein braucht man keine 10 Minuten. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe, da die Wohnung nur 5 Minuten vom Bonner Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist. Die Wohnung liegt in einer lebendigen, aber dennoch sehr ruhigen (Fahrrad-) Straße, in der tagsüber hauptsächlich Studenten sind, da die Mensa der Uni Bonn nur ein paar Meter entfernt ist.
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, auch im Garten hat man seine Ruhe!
Die Wohnung ist ideal für alle, die sich nicht mehr darum kümmern möchten Schränke und Betten aufzubauen oder einen Monat auf das Internet warten möchten.
Die Wohnung ist praktisch bereit zum Einzug und ich kann versichern, dass man es nicht bereuen wird, da die Lage einfach der Hammer ist!
