Kochutensilien würde ich bei Bedarf dalassen. Im Keller steht außerdem eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine und Trockner gegen Münzeinwurf zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat eine Tiefgarage inkl. Fahrradkeller. Ein Stellplatz fürs Auto wird von mir nicht mit vermietet, es gibt aber aktuell Angebote dafür von anderen Leuten.

I’m renting out a cozy studio in the centre of Bonn. The one-room apartment includes an integrated kitchenette (incl. microwave) as well as a separate bathroom. Cooking utensils can stay if desired. Furthermore, there are a washing machine and dryer in the basement that can be used for a few coins. The house has a parking garage incl. bike storage. I am not renting out a car parking spot, but there currently various offers available from other people.
