Es handelt sich um eine ca. 36 qm große 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im ersten Stock mit getrennten Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und besitzt eine Pantry Küche, einen Kühlschrank sowie einen kleinen Backofen.
Die Miete beträgt 550€ inklusive Internet, Strom und Wasser.
Die Kaution beläuft sich auf 1000€.
Vorzugsweise an Studenten sowie an eine Person!

Die Wohnung ist universitätsnah (ca. 10 min mit dem Rad), ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen (10 Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof).
In der direkten Umgebung befinden sich verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Conrad, Knauber).
