Das Apartment liegt in der zweiten Etage eines Mehrfamilien Hauses in der schönen Bonner Altstadt. Es gibt ein separates Bad zur alleinigen Benutzung, eine Küche und einen Balkon mit Blick in einen schönen, grünen Hinterhof. Durch eine große Fensterfront und hellen Parkettlaminatboden wirkt das Zimmer recht hell. Im Keller des Hauses befinden sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, zusätzlich befindet sich im Keller ein Abteil für zusätzlichen Stauraum. WLAN, Strom und Heizkosten sind im Mietpreis mit inbegriffen.

I am subletting the Apartment from 01 August until 29 September 2019. The Apartment is located in the 2nd floor of an apartment house in Bonn Altstadt. The apartment consists of a separate Bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony with view towards the backyard of the house. The living room is bright because of a bright wooden foor and large windows. There is a laundry machine and a dryer in the basement. WIfi, electricity and heating are included in the final rent.
Die Lage in der Breite Straße, im Zentrum der Bonner Altstadtt bietet eine schnelle Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Die Altstadt bietet viele gemütliche Restaurants und Cafes, die zum Verweilen einladen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Netto und ein Aldi. Rewe ist in 10 Miuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, den UN Campus erreicht man in 19 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

The apartment is located in the center of Bonn Altstadt close by restaurants and bars. Shopping is provided with two supermarkets (Aldi and Netto). The main trainstation is 15 minutes walking distance.
