Looking for a long-term rental near Bonn university

My name is Ron. I'm a 29 y/o Taiwanese going to start my PhD program in INRES, Bonn University at 01 October. I'm looking for a long-term rental to stay till I get my degree.

I'm an easy going person living a simple life and willing to make new friends from all over the world.
I like to read and learn new things (economics, technology, history especially) and of course science is always my interest.

I don't smoke (but it's fine if you do so) but I like to drink with friends. Sake is my favorite recently (we can share :P)
