Hallo liebe Interessenten,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine kleine aber feine Wohnung . Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss und liegt nur 4 min zum Bahnhof und fünf min bis in die City. Die Uni ist nur 10-15 min weg. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle und man hat einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür . Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer und eine kleine Küche. Dann ein kleinen Flur mit Einbauschrank und ein schickes Bad (einfach Bilder ansehen) Es ist sehr ruhig in dem Haus aber gegen eine Party hat hier eigentlich keiner was dagegen, nur sollte es nicht ausarten.
Wenn Fragen aufkommen, dann zögert nicht und meldet euch bei mir. Anfragen bis 31.08 zeitlich egal. ab 01.09.2011 bitte erst ab 17 Uhr .
