Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Person, bietet viel Platz und ist sehr hell, da sie zur Balkonseite komplett verglast ist und auch im Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer und in der Küche große Fenster hat.
-Bad, Küche und Eingangsflur mit großem Wandschrank sind separat.
-Bett steht dank Nische nicht direkt im Zimmer.
-Kabelanschluss für einen Fernseher ist vorhanden.
-Küche ist mit einer Spüle ausgestattet. Herd und Kühlschrank können gegen einen Abschlag übernommen werden.
-Der Wohnraum ist sehr großzügig hier haben Schreibtisch und Sofa sehr gut Platz.
-Staumöglichkeiten gibt es im großen Wandschrank im Flur
-Das Bad ist für eine Person sehr passend, es gibt eine Badewanne.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Grenze des westl. Ringgebietes zur Innenstadt.
Zur Celler Str. (H Maschstr.) sind es 400m und zum Rudofplatz (H Rudolfplatz, Ringbus) ebenso 400m.
Die H. 411 fährt 100m vom Haus entfernt.
Mit dem Rad bin ich in 5-7 min. an der Uni mit nur einer Ampel.
Die Wohnung liegt an keiner Hauptstraße und ist deswegen angenehm ruhig.
Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind nicht besonders gut, auf Nachfrage kann aber ein Stellplatz für 10€ im Monat gemietet werden.
