Die Wohnung beinhaltet ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und ohne Fenster. Zum Kochen steht eine Pantryküche direkt im Zimmer. Abgetrennt ist noch ein Abstellraum, der sich wunderbar als begehbarer Kleiderschrank nutzen lässt. Meine Möbel können nach Wunsch gerne für die Zeit übernommen werden (Schreibtisch, Bett, Bar, Komode)
Praktisch ist der Fahrradkeller und die Waschmaschine, die von allen Mitbewohnern genutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit entfernt vom Ölper See (400m) der sich wunderbar zum Joggen und Grillen eignet.
Der Hauptcampus der TU ist mit dem Fahrrad bequem in 15min erreichbar, genauso wie auch der Nordcampus.
Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle und die Haltestelle STADION ist in 7min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Somit hat man die 1.Liga quasi vor der Tür :)
