Hallo,
Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine möbilierte 1-Zimmerwohnung. Die Wohnung ist 26m² groß und hat einen ca.6m² großen Balkon. Die Küche ist ca. 2.5 Jahre alt und hat ne Spüle und einen Herd jedoch keinen Ofen. Ich habe mir dafür einen kleinen Ofen zum hinstellen gekauft das ging auch gut ;) Keller ist auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Folgende Möbel würde ich übergeben:
- Waschmaschine
- Kleiderschrank
- TV-Bank
- Schlafsofa mit Bettkasten
- Regal in der Küche
Abschlag 450€
Die Wohnung liegt gegenüber vom Stadion an der Hamburger Straße. Die Haltestelle Gesundheitsamt ist in 1 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 8 min in der Uni und in 15 in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (real) sind zu Fuß in 10 min oder einer Straßenbahn haltestelle erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist zum 31.08. gekündigt und ab 01.08. schon frei. Das müsste dann mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden.
