ich möchte meine 1-Zimmerwohnung für 2 Monate möbliert untervermieten.
Ich glaube die Bilder sprechen für sich.
Es gibt eine kleine Kochnische auf dem Flur. Das Bad ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und das Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer ist großzügig. In der ganzen Wohnung sind die Decken 3,20 m hoch.
Die Uni liegt direkt auf dem Campus. Die Bushaltestelle "Pockelsstraße" ist 1 min zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem sind die Bahnhaltestellen "Mühlenpfodtstraße" und "Theaterwall" in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Möglicherweise besteht die Möglichkeit für dich, die Wohnung ab April als Nachmieter (also dauerhaft) zu übernehmen.
