Ich vermiete eine sehr schöne, gerade renovierte Dachzimmerwohnung im Viertel. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.Stock eines Altbremerhauses. Die Innenstadt,Bahnhof und der Bürgerpark sind mit dem Fahrrad schnell (ca.5 Min.) zu erreichen und auch die Anbindung zur Uni ist gut (Linie 6).
Ab dem 01.01.2012 (nach Absprache auch ab dem 15.11.2011) kann die Wohnung bezogen werden. Besichtigungen sind ab dem 05.12.2011 möglich.
