There are washing machines available for use, which cost 2,50€ per cycle. Additionally, there are parking spots for bikes and cars in the basement floor. The rent costs 543€ and includes electricity, water, heating, and internet. Because it is in a dormitory, the apartment can only be rented to students, apprentices, and interns.
Ich suche nach einem/r Nachmieter*in für mein Zimmer, da ich ausziehe. Das Wohnheim befindet sich im Stadtteil „Horn-Lehe“. Es dauert 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Uni und 6 Minuten zur Haltestelle „Berufsbildungswerk“, wo die Linien 6, 21 und 31 abfahren. Mit der Linie 6 kann man den Hauptbahnhof in 11 Minuten und Domseide in 15 Minuten erreichen.
Because I am moving out, I am looking for a shot term tenant. The dormitory is in the “Horn-Lehe” neighbourhood of the city, which is also home to the Uni. It takes 10 minutes on foot to the university and 6 minuets to the stop “Berufsbildungswerk” from where the lines 6, 21, and 31 depart. It takes 11 minuets to reach the central station and 15 minuets to the city centre with the line 6.
