The apartment is located in the student dorm named The Fizz. The Fizz distinguishes itself by very modern equipment of the rooms and common rooms. The apartment is approx. 22 square metre and is full furnished. There is a kitchen, equipped with fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, ceran stove, sink and kitchen cupboards. Directly beside the kitchen at the entrance there is a spacious built-in wardrobe. Compared with the kitchen it goes in the small however very nice bath with toilet, shower (with glass wall), wash basins hang up mirror and heating (perfectly for towels). In the room itself there is a bed with bedding box, a spacious shelve, two big tables and a chair. For other pieces of furniture is enough place. The wall compared with the front door is completely glassed, enough sun and light always comes to the room. The ground exists of easy-care PVC, however, looks like real laminate.
The hostel is located directly near the campus (5 minutes by foot to the university) and directly in front of the door there is a tram stop and bus stop. By the tram you are in 15 at the central station and night bus go
also regularly. The nearest supermarket (beside the Fizz to go) is a Rewe. By the bicycle you are in a few minutes in the Bürgerpark.
The hostel offers beside common rooms (in every block) also regular events in which can be taken part free of charge. In summer it is grilled, e. g. , outdoors, there was a Halloween celebration, besides, common television evenings etc. drinks and food is free. In the cellar there are enough washing machines and dryers as well as clothes horse and dry rooms. In a common cellar compartment you can accommodate belongings and also there is a concluded bicycle cellar. In all free-accessible rooms there are supervision cameras and for questions and problems are available the house managers in the office of Monday till Friday. In the office become all packages one can be sent accepted and one fetches them later simply. The house managers are very nice, caring and own caretaker is responsible for all repair. It is to be noted that you can only live here if you are either a student, employee at the university or college or schoolboy. With moving in a matriculation is required!
The apartment can be also be rented longer. Then a contract would have to be concluded with Fizz directly.
