Hallo ihr Lieben!
Ich verreise für einen Monat und würde mich freuen, meine Wohnung in der Zeit vermieten zu können. Ich biete sie sonst auch häufiger auf Airbnb an - sie ist also bestens ausgestattet! :)

Ich habe ein kleines Loft mitten im Viertel. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein kleines Bad, ein gemütliches Bett, einen Schreibtisch zum arbeiten und eine Sofaecke mit Panoramafenster. Außerdem ist bis auf das Bad überall Fußbodenheizung :) Die Wohnung liegt zum Innenhof, sodass es sehr ruhig ist. Im Keller ist ein kleiner, alternativer Musikclub. Am Wochenende habt ihr also sogar einen Türsteher :D
In der Wohnung gibt es noch eine Klappe zu einer zweiten Etage. Das Dach ist aus Plexiglas. Der Raum ist also nicht isoliert, bei gutem Wetter lädt er aber ein, die Sonne zu genießen.

It's a cozy place with lots of specialities. For example: there are two floors, one for living and one is more like a conservatory - the roof is out of acrylic glass ;)
So, there is a little bathroom, an open kitchen (there are no walls, it's a loft) you can use for VEGETARIAN food, tee and coffee will be there. There is a cozy bed and a chill area with panorama view. Upstairs you can hang around as well. There is a couch and so on.

Das Loft befindet sich mitten im Viertel. Hier findet ihr alles, was ihr zum Leben braucht. Mehrere Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Ärztinnen, Kneipen, Cafes...
Zur Innenstadt sind es fünf Minuten mit der Straßenbahn, zum Hauptbahnhof knapp zehn (Haltestelle Sielwall).

The house is in the hotspot of Bremen, many cafes, bars and alternative flair. However it's very calm at my place: it's to the inner patio.
