Eine wunderbare Wohnung wird ab dem 01.06. im Viertel frei! Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Zimmer, eine extra Küche, sowie ein Bad. Auch ein Keller kann genutzt werden, der auch Waschmaschinen enthält. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei große Fenster und ist damit sehr hell. Insgesamt zahlt ihr nur 340 Euro!
Obwohl sich die Wohnung nur ca 300 m vom Sielwall befindet, liegt sie in einer angenehm-ruhigen, sehr schönen Straße. Zum Bahnhof sind es mit dem Rad nur 5 Minuten, zum Sielwall ca. 2 min. Im Zentrum ist alles zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Verkehrsanbindungen wie die Linie 10/2/3/4/1 sind alle mit nur 3 minuten Fußweg erreichbar.
