The landlady offers rooms in two shared houses, one constists of five rooms and two bathrooms, the other of seven rooms and three bathrooms.
This room is located in Stuhr just at the border to Bremen. The flat is close to the “Roland Center” where the tram 1 and 8 are going straight to the Hochschule Bremen. You can either cycle within a few minutes to the “Roland Center” or take the bus (seven minutes walk to the bus stop “Zur Windhorst”) to the “Roland Center”.
You would be living with six other students with whom you will share the kitchen, living room and bathrooms. The room is furnished and equipped with a bed, a desk and a chair and shelfs. You can also use the garden. The five rooms are divided over two floors. The two shared apartments are on a nice farmstead.
The monthly rent of 400€ includes everything (electricity, water, heating, WiFi). The minimum rental period is five months.
