A very nice and centrally located apartment. The apartment is in the basement and it is very quiet in the apartment and you will not be bothered with noise. There are aluminum automatic blinds which cover the windows. The apart. is fully furnished: - queen size double bed - TV, DVD player - Wifi - Couch - Table - Chair - Two big shelves - A lot of storage space in the basement Small kitchen in the apart: - big fridge & freezer - oven - microwave - water kettle - sandwich maker - coffee machine - cutlery, dishes, bowls, frying pan, etc. can be used Bathroom: - big bathroom - floor heating - bathtube Garden: - you have an additional separate entrance through the garden - there is a bbq pit in the garden which you can use - there is a stand for bykes in the garden - there are also chairs and a table to sit in the garden
The apart. is located close to the tram stop Theater am Goetheplatz. The house however is not directly at the main street, so it is really quiet. The supermarket (Penny) is 50m away and open daily except Sunday until 22:00. All the bars, shops and boutiques are almost at your door. The Weser is 150m away. And the heart of Bremen (Rathausplatz) can be reached in 5mins by foot.
I am renting out the apart. because I will move to a WG with friends. The only inconvenience is that to get to the bathroom you need to walk through the common basement. On the positive side there is a lot of storage space. I might move out on 1st/7th or 15th of December, I am not sure yet.
