Hi :)
Die Wohnung ist zwar recht klein, lässt sich aber gemütlich einrichten und reicht für eine Person vollkommen.
Das Bad ist neuwertig mit Dusche und im Wohnbereich ist eine kleine ,,Eck“-Küchenzeile mit Unterbau-Kühlschrank und Unter- und Hängeschränken.
Im Eingangsbereich ist ein großer Einbauschrank, in den wirklich sehr viel reinpasst.
Die Uni erreicht man mit der Bahn in ca. 10 Minuten und die Haltestelle ist nur 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Man wohnt zwar in einer ruhigen Gegend, ist aber sehr schnell in der Mainzer Innenstadt oder am Hauptbahnhof.
Ich ziehe zwar jetzt aus, habe mich aber immer wohlgefühlt :)
In dem Haus wohnen einige Studenten, allerdings auch Berufstätige etc.
