Hallo :-) Ich (weiblich, 25 Jahre) werde am 1.11. mein Referendariat als Lehrerin beginnen und suche daher eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Celle. Ich bin Nichtraucherin und habe auch keine Haustiere. Preislich sollte die Wohnung maximal bei 340€ warm liegen und zentral im Celle liegen, also nicht in einem Dorf, welches zu Celle gehört, da ich plane mit dem Fahrrad zur Schule zu fahren.
Vorteilhaft wäre es, wenn schon eine Einbauküche vorhanden ist.
