The apartment is located on Leibniz Straße, close to lecture halls and library. It has everything for a comfortable stay: private kitchen with electric stove, refridgerator, private bathroom, bed with mattress, table and chair, Wifi router, wardrobe, and cooking utensils. Shared washing machine is in the basement. It takes only a minute to a bus stop. All costs are included in the price 350€/month: rent, water, electricity, Internet and heating. Smoking in the room is totally prohibited. The room is clean and should be handed back in the same well cleaned condition. You are welcome from 01 Jul 2024 till 30 Sep 2024, weekly rent is possible too. Kindly, apply with exact dates of stay from/to, date of your arrival to Clausthal and Immatriculation to TU Clausthal or MariaSpring.

Waschmaschine ist im Keller. 350€/Monat ist Warmmiete inklusive alles. Bus Haltestelle ist nur 1 Minute entfernt. Rauchen in Zimmer ist gar nicht erlaubt.
